She continues to use her case management skills in her private practice, Olive Health, a mobile primary care and chronic care management innovative healthcare model, where she leads a team of advanced practice nurses caring for adults with a variety of health conditions in home, assisted living, and group home settings. Yvette’s teaching experience includes 10 years in a university setting precepting and educating nursing students. She is passionate about case management and sharing her clinical expertise this important role. Yvette will provide a thorough case management content review to prepare participants for the CCM & CMGT-BC exams in this review course.
